2. Purpose and nature of the service

Majovibe is a website that recommends leisure activities and tourist experiences on the island of Fuerteventura. Majovibe does not directly sell, organise or manage the activities shown, nor does it charge the user for them.

Majovibe's role is limited to recommending activities and directing the user, through links, to the relevant providers or booking platforms. The booking, payment and provision of each activity take place directly between the user and the final provider, who is solely responsible for the activity, its conditions, its performance and its payment.

Majovibe does not receive any commission from providers or platforms, does not charge for appearing on the website, and the order of its listings does not depend on any payment. Should this change, it will be stated in this notice.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free of charge and confers the status of user. The user undertakes to use the website, its content and services in accordance with the law, this legal notice, morality and public order.

The user shall refrain from using the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, overload or prevent its normal operation.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website (texts, design, code, brand, logos and its own images) belongs to the owner identified in this notice or is used with due authorisation, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

The trademarks, trade names and images of the activity providers belong to their respective owners and are shown solely for identification and recommendation purposes.

5. Photo credits

The visual resources of the immersive journey come from Wikimedia Commons, official provider material authorised for Majovibe, or original images generated specifically for the brand. They have been adapted for panoramic and mobile display; open derivatives keep the licence of their source and proprietary material is not sublicensed. The three-dimensional worlds of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote were generated specifically for Majovibe with OpenAI ImageGen.
