In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), users are informed about the processing of their personal data.
1. Data controller
We are testing the website. If you would like to request the owner's identification details, send an email to hola@majovibe.com and we will provide them.

2. What data we process and for what purpose
Majovibe is an informational website that does not require registration and does not create user accounts. We only process personal data in the following cases:
- Contact via WhatsApp: if the user decides to contact us through the WhatsApp link, we will process the phone number and the information they voluntarily provide, for the sole purpose of handling their enquiry and recommending activities to them.
- Contact forms: when you continue, before WhatsApp opens, Majovibe records the enquiry with the name, the optional email address, the travel details provided, the consent and the attribution reference of the source channel. The purpose is to handle, coordinate and measure the enquiry. Opening WhatsApp is not the same as sending the message or making a booking.
- Browsing and attribution data: we record technical references of the source channel and the browsing events needed to measure how the service works. Internal tests are kept separate from external visits when they are identified as QA.
- Majovibe Collection vote: on the collection page you can say which designs you like without identifying yourself. We store the designs you marked, your optional answers (whether you would buy one and your usual size), the text of your suggestion if you write one, the language of the page, the country it is sent from (Cloudflare infers it from the connection, without us storing the IP address) and the date. We do not store your name, your contact details or your IP address. To prevent automated votes we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data and the IP address during that check. Please do not write personal data in your suggestion; if there is any, we will delete that text. Votes are kept for no more than twelve months after the vote closes and are only used to decide which designs to produce.
We do not collect payment data, since bookings and payments are made directly on the providers' platforms.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is the user's consent, given by voluntarily initiating contact, and the legitimate interest in handling their request.
4. Retention
The data will be kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. When they are no longer needed, they will be deleted.
5. Recipients
The data will not be passed on to third parties except where required by law or when necessary to provide the requested service. The contact prepared by the forms takes place via WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service, which applies its own terms and privacy policy. If the user decides to book an activity, they will provide their data directly to the relevant provider or platform, which is independent of Majovibe.
6. User rights
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending a request to hola@majovibe.com, stating the right they wish to exercise. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
