Three 3-hour lessons over three days. Emilio and Morgan choose the sandy beach with the best conditions each day; the days and times change with the tide and Flow sets them when you book.

For all levels. Flow sends you the location on Google Maps one or two days before, depending on the sea.

They choose the beach each day according to the conditions: it may be a different one.

Board and wetsuit included, plus accident and third-party liability cover, according to Flow.

Booking and changes
